Actors needed for CCA emergency exercise

Once again, the Community College of Aurora is looking for up-and-coming actors to lend a degree of realism to their yearly emergency exercise. The training event scheduled for Friday, Sept. 23 is for emergency responders from across the state. Follow the jump for more details about the auditions from the Colorado Theatre Guild.


From the Colorado Theatre Guild:
The Community College of Aurora is looking for actor volunteers (must be at least 18 years old) to participate in the upcoming Operation Mountain Guardian (OMG) exercise on Friday, September 23rd, 2011.OMG is a full-scale, multi –jurisdictional exercise. The exercise will focus on the emergency response to multiple terrorism-based incidents and will include more than 100 law enforcement, fire, EMS, hospital, and emergency management agencies. Volunteer participation opportunities include exercise support staff (help with set-up and demobilization) and actors/role players.

Actors need to report to Community College of Aurora Lowry Campus at ASSIGNED hours between 5:00am-7:00am and will be on site till 4:30pm. Breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided along with beverages.
